Someone might be kicking themselves really hard come the 25th.

When I moved to Texas I started playing the lottery. I used the sheet they offer and I picked birthdays of family as the numbers. Never won anything.

One week I failed to buy a ticket. When I check the numbers I ended up hitting 3 numbers. It was like a hundred bucks. I was so pissed I never played those numbers again.

KHOU11 is reporting that some Texan is set to lose a million dollars. You see, back on October 27th of 2018 someone bought a Powerball ticket at the Express Mart #29 in Beaumont, Texas. They hit all the numbers, but missed the Powerball number. That means they won a million dollars. So far, no one has claimed it.

If you didn't know, once the drawing takes place, you have a 180 days to claim your prize. That means that this million dollar ticket goes away come April 25th at 5 p.m. Central Time.

So, if you've ever bought a ticket in Beaumont, go out to the car, check under the seats, then check again because there's a piece of paper out there that's worth one million dollars.

Gary Grief, executive director of the Texas Lottery says..."We encourage our Powerball players to take another look at their ticket, check the numbers again and if your numbers match, sign the back of the ticket and contact us."

The last thing you want to be cleaning your car in May and find this ticket and realize, you just pissed away a million dollars. You might find life a little harder to live with.
