The Associated Press reports that search and rescue dogs made an alarming discovery in Fairbanks, Alaska this past Thursday.

The search and rescue dogs found the body of a missing Texas man that disappeared in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reported that the 55-year-old body of Travis Tyre was found last Thursday near the hotel he was staying at in Fairbanks.

Alaska State Troopers reported that they don't believe any foul play was involved in the death of Tyre. Tyre had been missing since April 14th, and the troopers say his body has been sent into the state medical examiner's office in the city of Anchorage for an autopsy.
