
Boy Struck By Car in Waco Rushed to Hospital
KWTX's Ryan Edwards reported that a young boy was struck by a vehicle in a Central Texas city on Tuesday afternoon.
The young boy was three years old, and struck by a car in the city of Waco Tuesday afternoon.
The accident occurred around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, and it occurred in the 800 block of South 12th Street.
The boy was running in the street to chase a ball down, and was struck by the vehicle while not paying attention.
The boy is thought to have suffered a leg fracture from being hit by the vehicle. The boy was taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco, and his mother made the trip with her young son.
