Easter is saved!

This weekend is Easter, which may be observed a little differently than we usually do this year as COVID-19 has us all on lock-down.

Currently, most places have a "Shelter in Place" order happening and only essential personal should be at work or out and about. So where does that put the Easter Bunny?

According to CBS News, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has stepped in and declared both the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy essential workers. This is especially great news for kids all over the world. The PM joyfully delivered the news, but asked children for understanding if the egg-carrying rabbit doesn't get to everyone in time for Easter Sunday as the world battles COVID-19.

"We have to understand that it is a bit difficult at the moment for the bunny to perhaps get everywhere," Arden said.

We certainly hope Peter Cottontail makes it to your home, and we wish you all a happy Easter.
