Scout the Beagle is Our Pet of the Week

Scout the Lost and Found Beagle needs a new home.

The tri-colored Beagle was found wandering the streets after one of our thunderstorms.  In fact the Temple Animal Shelter has seen an increase in scared dogs who ran away from home. Officer Hetzel recommends putting the pets in the garage if you can't take them inside. Get them microchipped (it's the law in Killeen), that way if your dog runs away the shelter can find you.

As for Scout, he is neutered, leash trained, and house broken. Scout loves people and gets along well with other dogs. Stop by and see him at the Temple Animal Shelter. There are lots of other dogs and cats at the shelter who need loving too, so bring a friend.
