THE PERFECT DUE DUO HAS TEAMED UP TO ENTERTAIN CENTRAL TEXAS

If you haven’t heard the great news, NBC The Voice runner-up and hometown hero Rose Short, teamed up with the jack of all trades, Music Director, and recording artist Tony Ringgold to bring all of Central Texas an amazing play. When I spoke with Rose about the play, she made it very clear that she couldn’t give me any details about it as of right now, the name of the play is also a secret well kept. Toni and Rose will be doing casting calls for the play Sunday, October 2 from 5 PM and the callbacks will be on October 3 Monday 6:30 PM.

These two were the perfect collaborations when it came to bringing Central Texas entertainment and talent. Toni Ringgold has always been a woman of many talents, and being an amazing singer and artist is definitely how she came on my radar! To know that she will be directing, producing, and writing this amazing play with Rose Short I cannot explain how excited I am about it! Rose Short whom I refer to as a hometown hero, is exactly that! Rose was one of the very few to come out of Central Texas and shine a light on the idea that there is natural raw talent here!

Putting these women together was like mixing sunshine and Glitter, you know there’s gonna be a magical rainbow at the end of this journey. Even though the ladies can’t let us know exactly what the details of the play are as of yet, I will make sure to keep Central Texas posted and cannot wait to get more details on this amazing show!
