Buc-ee’s Vs. Bucky’s

Someone's pissed off Buc-ee Beaver. KHOU is reporting that Buc-ee's Ltd has filed a lawsuit against the parent company of Bucky's.

Bucky's is a convenience/gas store that's looking to move in to Texas, and Buc-ee's is claiming that's, among other things, trademark infringement.

Bucky's is part of Buck's Inc from Omaha. Come on man. You've got the steaks, do you need the gas as well?
