Big Q Hit – Funky Town

Well, another of the songs we've recendly added to our playlist comes from Lipps Inc.  Yep, Funky Town is now on the air, again.  But do you remember the 80's remake that was a hit?

It came from down under.  Do you remember Pseudo Echo?  They released an album in 1985 called "Love and Adventure".  Had a few hits with it overseas and Canada, but it didn't have a "hit" that could break in America, so they released the LP with the remake of "Funky Town".  It has a more guitar sound, if you don't remember.
