Hey Gang,

Big Q here with a Big Q Hit.  There's nothing special about this.  It's kind of a slow day and for some reason I had a high school flashback.  I was thinking of what things I would've been embarrassed by if I followed the trends in high school.  Speaking in "Valley Girl" was huge during my time.  I would've been mortified if I used the term "Gag me with a spoon". Like, for sure.  One trend that was big with the female population was wearing a headband like the lead singer from Loverboy, Mike Reno.  I was in my 20's before I realized why this was big.  Unlike boys, who just wore their zits like a man, girls would die of embarrassment if they showed up in public with a blemish.  No it's true, I read it a magazine somewhere.  Sure, it might have been "Mad" magazine, but it's in print so it must be true.  Anyway, a reason to wear a headband is a reason to cover up the zits.  To put in Batman phrasing...

"Holy Poppin' Puss Batman!. All the teenage girls look like a singer in a Canadian rock band!"

"Times are hard Robin.  We can only guess the ramifications of Canadian influence on our youth.  Worse case, they all cook back bacon for their husbands, and the male population of America dies in their 40's from heart disease."

Can you tell by those two paragraphs how much I got laid in high school?  Anyway.  Here's zit cover guy, and the rest of Loverboy with "Hot Girls in Love".  My only question, "Who's idea was it for the drummer to play drums with gas nozels, and why are nozels still hooked up to the hoses?"  Oh wait, I get it, Canadian, Hozer.  Funny.
