Belton, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football team flipped the script from the regular season meeting between the two teams as the Cru rolled to a 59-20 victory over Louisiana College in an NCAA Division III National Championships First Round game Saturday in Belton. UMHB improves to 11-0 on the season and advances to the Second Round of the postseason for the ninth straight season. The loss ends the most successful season in Wildcats history at 8-3 on the year.

After UMHB was held scoreless for the first 29:59 of the regular season meeting between the two teams, the Cru exploded for 42 first-half points on Saturday. LiDarral Baileycapped UMHB's opening drive with a seven-yard run to make it 7-0 and then hit Tyler Coker with a four-yard TD pass two minutes later to make it 14-0 Cru.
