Fort Hood Welcomes Home Greywolf Troops from Middle East
KCENTV shared the video above of the Greywolf Troops return to Fort Hood, Texas.
While Central Texas prepares for several events to honor our Veterans this weekend, it's nice to see the Greywolf troops return in time to be with their families ahead of the holiday.
More than 200 soldiers got to take the 20-hour trip home this week. The little things like seeing the green trees at Fort Hood helped the soldiers know they made it home after 9 months in the desert sands of the Middle East.
KCENTV says the Greywolf troops spent most of their time in Kuwait. Military Reporter Jillian Angeline traveled home with the troops to capture their homecoming. We thank them all for their service. It's great to see some of our troops come home ahead of Veterans Day.
