An Amber Alert issued for a Houston area toddler Monday night was canceled a few hours after being broadcast.

Our partners at News 10 report that Malaki Bankhead was found Monday night. According to the Houston Chronicle, police have not provided details about the boy's recovery. A report from KTRK indicates that the child will be placed in foster care, and that police have not yet determined if his parents will remain in custody.

Monday night's AMBER Alert stated that the child might be in danger. Two suspects were named in the Alert. KHOU reports that the pair - Cody Bankhead and Katherine Ulrich - had been ordered to allow CPS to take custody of the child on June 5 on suspicion of neglect, but did not do so.
