Southern Blackberry Cobbler is Here! [Video]

Up north the Yankees have another name for cobbler. It's "pie that got smashed on the way to grandma's house". Usually, they only make 1 flavor. Peach. Meh.

Thankfully, we live in Texas! Home of magical desserts much like Southern Blackberry Cobbler Ice Cream from Blue Bell. Yup, it's a new flavor in stores as of today! We give it a 4 out of 5 on our scorecard. We took one point off because we thought they could have included even more blackberry cobbler in the ice cream. Depending on how ya scoop it, you might get a few spoonfuls that are just vanilla ice cream. This just should not happen. So when you dig in, scoop it with a real ice cream scooper to up your chances of getting plenty of the blackberry goodness!
