New 100 Dollar Bill Coming This October

Wednesday the Federal Reserve released the first images of the brand new $100 dollar bill.  It'll go into circulation in October, for those of you who can afford to carry it.

They've still got Ben Franklin on the bill but now there's a light gold quill and a shiny gold inkwell next to him.  The "100" on the bottom right is also embossed in gold.  The changes are supposed to help cut down on counterfeiting.  In case you didn't know, the "Benjamin" is one of the most faked in the world.  This is the 3rd change for the bill in the last 20 years.  I like my design better.
