Killeen, Texas police say a stolen gun from San Antonio, Texas was used in an attack Sunday night as people were exiting their home, and now has Tiamere Alycee Blackman being held at the Bell County Jail for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for shooting up the neighborhood just steps away from two schools.

The two schools just down the street from where the shots fired call was made are Brookhaven Intermediate School and Rancier Middle School where Raven Drive meets Hilliard Loop. According to this article with Fox 44 News, the victims were leaving their home on the 3200 block of Raven Drive when the accused started shooting at them.

A quick investigation by the responding officers was able to identify Blackman as a suspect, and she was taken into custody. After running a computer check on the handgun found, and believed to be used by Blackman, it was determined the firearm was reported stolen from San Antonio.

As with every open case, the Killeen Police Department is still investigating and all information or leads are always welcome as efforts are being made to make sure the full case can be understood.

At this time, it has not been disclosed why Blackman allegedly began shooting at the residents, and ended up in custody at the Bell County Jail where she remains on a bond of $35,000.
