TRIGGER WARNING :Racial Slurs, Including The N-Word, Prominently Displayed In Texas Restaurant

Customer service is very important I don’t care if you live in Texas or if you live on Mars if you want customers to continue coming back, you have to have great customer service and no if and or butts. I have lived in the city of Killeen, for most of my life and I’ve always heard horrific stories about Ferrari – pizza, pasta, subs. As a little girl, I remember asking my father if we could go into that particular store the answer was always a hard NO.

IS THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT?

As I have gotten older, I realized why individuals don’t necessarily like visiting Ferrari pizza, and pasta subs. The customer service can be a little frustrating. Now, if you’re not from the city of Killeen, you don’t know, but it’s not a very big city, and usually, everyone knows, everyone and everyone who was born and raised in the city knows that this establishment has been considered one of the rudest restaurants in Killeen, Texas. Even though the restaurant received terrible reviews, it’s been open longer than I’ve been alive and I’m a big believer in if you don’t like an establishment just don’t go to it, spending your money where you don’t feel appreciated just doesn’t make sense to me. An individual took to social media to share her experience at Ferrari Pizza, pasta subs and if I’m being honest, it is quite disappointing.

HOW HAS THIS ESTABLISHMENT STAYED OPEN?

The reviewer explained that racial slurs were plastered all over the establishment. Even the N-word was visible. Now I understand that people grow up in different times where certain statements are okay but, this is not those times anymore and it’s very disrespectful either way it goes. I believe the owner of this establishment has been around for how many years so it’s a possibility he just might never change, but would disappoints me is in the comment section that some individuals don’t see what’s wrong about having things like this plastered in his restaurant. Freedom of speech is a part of our constitutional rights, but what about being compassionate toward other humans' feelings? I don’t care how you worded it’s ignorant you shouldn’t say these types of words or have them plastered in your establishment. Hurt people hurt people and that could be exactly what we’re looking at.
