According to the FDA, also known as the Food and Drug Administration, Texans could find their selves having a toxin in their house without even knowing it. There have been several recalls happening in the great state of Texas lately even one so fatal that some individual's lives have been at stake.

FDA says while testing products it was determined that several Brands of cinnamon were found to be extremely hazardous and found in the Great State. FDA explains that consumers should throw out the cinnamon and not purchase Lista food products, Marcum, MK, Supreme Traditions, and El Chilar for your and your family's safety. If you remember in October, there was a large recall in Texas because of the Apple Cinnamon puree and applesauce products, these items contain cinnamon that has toxins.

IS THIS SPICE DEADLY?

This can be very harmful to children. The FDA has investigated on-the-ground, cinnamon products from discount, retail stores, and analyzed the samples for lead and chromium,  Texans should take this very seriously.
