Here is a reminder never leave your child in the car unattended!   A mother in Houston had her car stolen with her child inside around 12:30 on Thursday morning. Luckily, the mother was able to track her car down using the LoJack GPS system and flagged down police. Click2houston.com, reports that officers found the car and tried to pull the driver over, but they kept on going and a chase ensued.

The chase ended in a crash, with the thief bailing out. Inside the stolen car was  a 2-year-old little girl in the backseat. She appeared to be uninjured but was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Stop leaving your children in the car unattended!  Read the full story by clicking here.

Amazon Delivery Driver Rescues Baby Abandoned by Carjacker

Back in 2021, Amazon delivery driver, Juan Carlos Flores was  hailed a hero after he rescued a baby that was abandoned on the side of the road in Houston. The baby was abandoned after an apparent carjacking.  Home surveillance captured a video of a man leaving a newborn carrier on the side of the road.   The baby had been abandoned for 22 minutes.  Around the same time, police responded to a stolen car and kidnapping

In a story reported by ABC13 in Houston, Amazon driver Juan Carlos Flores said he spotted the baby and felt something wasn't right.  "When I saw that baby, I wanted to cry," said Flores.  Six other vehicles drove by before Flores stopped his Amazon truck and rescued the baby.

When Flores found the baby, he immediately notified a nearby homeowner. The homeowner cared for the baby until police arrived. Police were on the scene within three minutes.   Shortly after, more police officers showed up on the scene and reunited the infant with the mother.

Thanks to God, a happy ending to this story.  At this time, police are still searching for the subject.
