Horses Die at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo
It's been a tough year so far at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is reporting that two horses have died during this year's Stock Show events. According to the data, this is a very unusual occurrence.
This past Sunday night, a bucking horse ran into the wall and received a spinal injury.

A horse also died in a similar fashion at a saddle bronc event back on January 16th.
The horse killed Sunday, 9-year old Treasure of Patience, bucked right toward the wall with it's head down. It ran into the wall as the 8-second buzzer sounded. The rider grabbed the fence and hopped over the rail as Treasure collapsed to the floor.
