Ex-BU Frat President Not Allowed on UT Dallas

News 10 is reporting that the former Baylor University fraternity president who allegedly raped a Baylor student at a party in 2015 has been banned from stepping foot on his current college's campus.

UT Dallas released a statement after the public became aware that Jacob Walter Anderson, 24, who was indicted in 2016 for alleged rape while attending Baylor, was set to graduate from UT Dallas in a few weeks.

“Two years ago we admitted a student without knowing their legal history. Based on recent court action and other information over the last several days, that student will not participate in UTD commencement activities, will not attend UT Dallas graduate school and will not be present on campus as a student or a guest,” said University of Texas at Dallas President Richard C. Benson on Wednesday.

Anderson will still technically graduate for UT Dallas.

Many are furious following a Waco Judge's decision to not have Anderson serve any jail time.

KWTX said, "He was sentenced Monday in state district court in Waco to three years on deferred probation, which if he completes will leave him without a criminal record, after pleading no contest to the third-degree felony charge."
