Peaceable Kingdom’s Kites for Kids

On March 21st, from 1- 4 PM, Variety's Peaceable Kingdom Retreat for Children will open its doors for an afternoon of excitement and activity!  Kites for Kids

At this FREE event you can enjoy activities like kite flying, movie watching, air hockey, pool, miniature golf, bouncy houses, face painting, arts and crafts, hiking, and much more! Families can also enjoy the many scenic nature paths between activities.    The first 300 guests will be welcomed with a kite to fly, or you can bring your own!

Two lucky guests will also win a FREE 2015 Cinema Passport allowing the cardholder and one guest to free movies for the remainder of 2015!

Though most everything at Kites for Kids is free, merchandise will be for sale, so feel free to bring cash along should you want to purchase a keepsake.

Directions:

- From I-35, exit FM 2484 and go west ~15 miles. Entrance is on left, just after Lampasas River.

- From HWY 195, head south, turn left on FM 2484 and go east ~ 5 miles. Entrance is on right, just past the main gate.
