Creepy Clown Terrorizes Staten Island

Aren’t clowns supposed to be fun, and make kids laugh?  Then how come so many of us are creeped out by them? Could it be Stephen King's fault?

Pennywise the Clown from "It" was nobody's friend.  Well there is a clown that looks kind of like Pennywise, roaming the streets of Staten Island.  He is really freaking people out.

The clown is usually seen holding a bouquet of balloons and, heaven forbid, waving at people.  You gotta admit he does look kind of creepy.

Instagram pictures are popping up, he is all over Twitter.  Some really mad guy posted a video of the clown on Facebook. Warning he cusses a lot, (the guy, not the clown).

I have to agree, that is one creepy clown.  It is also a great stunt.  Who knows he may be on one of the talk shows before ya know it. Wouldn't it be cool if he brought his creepy clown wife and creepy clown kids!
