Belton Police Searching for Murder Suspects

Belton was touched with the murder stick last night.

KWTX is reporting that Belton Police are investigating an early morning murder in the 800 block of Carla Kay Drive.

911 received a frantic call around 4:54 a.m. that said that there was a shooting in a home. Police arrived and found evidence of forced entry, then discovered a dead man in the master bedroom area.

The victims name and age have yet to be released.
