With a new place to look around, I've been perusing around looking at interesting Airbnbs in the great state of Texas. We've looked at a refurbished bus, to a boat placed on its own little island. It's almost like the sillier the lodging, the more interesting it has to be.

However that's not always the case, as sometimes, the smaller the Airbnb, the more quaint it is. That's exactly what we're looking at today in Fredericksburg. We're looking at none other than a simple treehouse.

This Acorn Treehouse is a small and simple 300 square feet. Yes, that seems like a not a lot of space, but keep in mind we're not moving here, but rather staying here for a brief respite.

The listing goes into detail about what the expect at the treehouse: "Step inside to find a fully functional kitchenette, whimsical decor, a king bed under a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom has a glass rain shower that looks out to the bedroom and the trees beyond. Ascend to the rooftop stargazing patio and relax in the daybed or macrame swing by the clay fire pit under twinkle lights."

I want to stay at this humble little abode already, but I'm not sure I'd like to stay here during the hot Texas summers...regardless, why don't we take a look at the treehouse and then we'll make our decision from there.

It's only fair that we do that. After all, with how windy it is in Texas sometimes it might not matter!
