Listen to how hard that acoustic guitar is attacked. Check the way slide guitar is slinking all over everywhere, hungry, drunk with need. And that bass guitar, thick and fat and rrrwor! It's all so damn sexy. The gauntlet is thrown down from the first notes. Bonnie Raitt, with that amazing raspy voice and shock of red hair, is back in a big bad way. And the record buying public dropped their blinders and handed her their money.  This tune, a John Hiatt cover, went to number ten, and the record it came from, Nick Of Time, won the album of the year Grammy and sold five million copies. And Bonnie was back, baby.

And it spawned today's K-101.7 SONG OF THE DAY!

(Oh, and I'd forgotten about the Dennis Quaid stuff in the video. Wow, that is unfortunate. It would have been better if it was Randy Quaid.)
