Best Texas Cities to Host Epic House Parties

El Paso, Texas knows how to party, and El Paso definitely knows how to throw a house party!

It's not just the name of a great '90's movie, house parties are a great way to gather with your loved ones and just let loose- all in the comfort of your own home. But just how much does El Paso know how to party? So much so, that the Sun City has been named one of the best cities to throw a house party!

This is according to BetMGM, who compiled a list of the Best and Worst U.S. Cities to Throw a House Party- and El Paso popped up on the top ten along with two other Texas cities!

To determine this, BetMGM looked at 14 ranking factors across 100 U.S. cities to give each a score out of 100. These ranged from house and yard size to parking availability, access to pools and hot tubs, cost of transportation, food and drinks, and much more.

Turns out, the Lone Star State is the life of the party — San Antonio, Austin, and El Paso earned spots in the top 10 out of 100 cities analyzed.

Our beloved Sun City makes the list at no. 7 for the low property crime and a high percentage of the population that is peak partying age- which checks out. It also kind of helps that, since we are known as the Sun City, warmer weather and spacious properties in El Paso help push us to the top; making it a prime spot for those epic backyard parties we all know we have here.
