A 39 year old Texas woman was murdered near Houston Lake late Sunday night, and the Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide division is investigating it as a domestic violence ambush that took place in the victim's drive way. Nearby surveillance cameras were able to capture the sound of several gunshots occurring a little after 11 PM last night, and when Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene, they pronounced the woman dead.
