Restorative Help Sanctuary in Killeen may have to shutter soon due to nearly $100,000 in unpaid claims for care given primarily to soldiers that has yet to be paid by TriWest Healthcare Alliance who is the TRICARE contractor for Texas. Restorative Help Sanctuary is not alone, there appears to be a major cash flow issue for TriWest because many other healthcare providers are saying they often go months and months without being compensated for claims that were submitted.

Hundreds Of Killeen Soldiers Now At Risk To Lose Care

According to this KCEN article, the proprietors are literally dipping into their own private accounts and finances to keep the Restorative Help Sanctuary open because they believe ultimately their clients are too important to cut off from much needed treatment and therapy.

The largest struggle to be compensated seems to be the multiple parties that get involved with each phone call. We all know what it's like to be told something is resolved, learning later it is not resolved, and calling back only to hear that the new person on the phone has no idea what you are talking about.
