Country music fans, get ready—because a legend is on the way. According to KWTX, Texas legend, songwriter, and singer Willie Nelson is returning to Baylor University in Waco, Texas, for the first time in over 60 years. He will be performing an outdoor “Willie Nelson & Family” concert.
