WHERE IS TEXAS' SAFEST CITY?

I’ve noticed in the last couple of years that a lot of out-of-town people have been moving to Texas. When I asked a family friend why she moved from California to the Lone Star State, she simply told me it was safer here. I was almost certain that she moved here for SXSW and better tacos, but hey, a win is a win.
