Texas monthly investigations recently found that most hemp shops in the great state sell actual marijuana, not artificial marijuana, not, synthetic drugs known as spice or hemp actual pot! Texas Monthly tested over six cannibal cannabis samples from dispensaries in the cities of Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio to determine if the result was, the legal limit for Delta nine THC. LEGAL OR ILLEGAL?

The investigation showed that the Delta nine product was sold as hemp, but was just very potent marijuana. The CEO of Texas Nico Richardson stated "Let's be honest and call it what it is. One of the state's three licensed medical marijuana dispensaries has most of the hemp dispensaries out there knowing or unknowingly selling illegal federal marijuana. Even though some lawmakers have already acknowledged the legalization of cannabis, Texas has not legalized pot, yet.
