An alarming and deeply disturbing event took place at Willow Springs Elementary School in Killeen on Friday, August 15, according to KWTX. The Killeen Independent School District (KISD) Police Department is currently investigating a suspected arson that occurred between 1:27 AM and 1:50 AM that morning.
