(Killeen, Texas) - I’m not exactly sure why, but it seems like we've seen a lot more boil water notices in Central Texas. I'm relieved to tell you that a recent order has been lifted.

Every time I turn around somewhere in Central Texas they are discussing how a boiling notice is being placed in certain parts of the city. My question is, why have there been so many boiling notices over the last couple of months, and is our health in danger? This will not be the article that we need to discuss these concerns in our city, but in the future, and for right now, this article is about a notice that allows everyone who lives on White rock Drive to know that going back to drinking tap water is possible now because the boiling notice has been lifted finally.

The City of Killeen sent out a news release letting people know that the link has been made on White Rock Drive. Anytime you are not exactly sure if your area in Central Texas is under boiling notice, you can always go to www.killeentexas.gov link for more information. Even though a lot of times these boiling notices are very annoying they are very necessary because we don’t want anyone getting sick or being harmed so please take every boiling notice very seriously stay safe out there, Central Texas!
