Houstonian Hotel Shares Barbara Bush’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

The chocolate chip cookie recipe used by Barbara Bush in many baking competitions is being shared with the public.

In memory of the former First Lady, the chocolate chip recipe is being shared by Pastry Chef Catherine Rodriguez of the Houstonian Hotel. Members of the Bush family stayed at the hotel so often that Barbara shared the recipe with the chefs so that her family would never miss out on fresh baked cookies.
