Harker Heights Police Investigating after Two Shot in Cinemark Parking Lot

The Harker Heights Police Department is investigating after two people were wounded by gunfire in a movie theater parking lot early Sunday morning.

Harker Heights PD Patrol Division Commander B. Hawkins reports that officers were dispatched to Seton Medical Center at 1:03 AM after reports of two shooting victims. The two were reportedly involved in a fight in the parking lot of the Cinemark movie theater, 201 E Central Texas Expressway, not long before police arrived at the hospital.

Both victims were treated and released. Their identities were no made public, and police have not commented on what may have sparked the fight.
