More proof that people should have to take a test to before they pop out kids.

OK, let's get this straight. Personally, I don't think there should be a seat belt law. Yes, seat belts save lives, but if I really live in a free country, then it should be my choice whether or not I wear one.

CBSDFW is reporting that a 20-year-old woman was arrested this past Sunday for street racing with a child in the car. Problems arose because Keirra Beaty is not that good of a driver. Police say she lost control and left the roadway, striking a telephone pole. Her hard jail time will be coming because of the unrestrained 13 month-old kid being held by another person in the back seat.

Now I understand, that by the laws of today, Keirra is in trouble, but it wasn't that long ago that seat belts were removed when people bought a car. I was dragged cross country in the back of Opel jumping around all over the place because seat belts were stupid. My parents and a majority of other parents around the world tossed their kids into the Darwin Sphere on a regular basis. Thin the herd, baby.

Now the law of land is car seats and restraints and the planet is over-populated. You do the math.

By the way, the unrestrained child survived with no apparent injuries. Welcome back youngin' from the Darwin Sphere.
